ACE Case Manager:  Nationally acclaimed program targeting juvenile offenders under the age of 10 is looking for an experienced employee to provide long-term case management and counseling.  This program is designed as a community-based collaborative effort that uses an asset based approach to helping very high-risk young people avoid further legal entanglement.  The caseload is relatively small (14 kids), but services and client needs can be extensive.  Services are provided in close collaboration with child protection, juvenile justice, law enforcement, and school along with a wide range of community-based organizations.  Successful candidates will be organized, responsive, creative, optimistic and willing to go the extra mile for their client.  BA/BSW and 2 years experience required.  Cultural competence working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds is essential.  Competitive salary and benefits including graduate school tuition reimbursement.
